Through our Host-It model, MOCO has introduced secure, self-service smart lockers for visitors. with no upfront investment required.

The installation includes a mix of locker sizes, allowing guests to safely store bags, backpacks and small suitcases while they explore the museum. Visitors simply choose a locker on the touchscreen, tap to pay with contactless, and their locker door opens automatically.

Guests can return to access their locker anytime during their visit, making the system ideal for short-stay cultural venues.

For MOCO Museum, the solution improves visitor comfort, keeps gallery spaces clutter-free, and creates an additional revenue stream, all fully managed by ourselves.

Useful context

Visitor-storage context

Visitor lockers provide secure self-service storage without relying solely on a staffed cloakroom or luggage room. A project can support free use, controlled access or paid rental, with compartment sizes, payment journeys and user instructions configured for the venue.

Suitable venues can purchase the system, discuss finance or consider a revenue-share partnership. Hublok coordinates design, installation, commissioning and ongoing operational support for the agreed model.
