Revenue-generating lockers

Turn storage into a revenue stream

Hublok provides paid self-service lockers for museums, attractions, nightclubs, hotels, leisure destinations and other public venues through three commercial models: purchase, finance or revenue share.

Purchase

The venue buys and owns the locker system, controls the customer offer and retains the resulting revenue, while paying the agreed software, payment and support costs.

Finance

The cost can be spread over an agreed term where a financed asset better matches the venue's budget and ownership preference.

Revenue-share partnership

For suitable sites, Hublok can fund, install and operate the paid lockers with no capital outlay from the venue, then share the generated revenue under an agreed partnership.

A coordinated locker system

Hublok brings together the cabinet, locking hardware, user interface, management software and wider integrations. The final specification reflects the environment and operational requirement, allowing smart, static and hybrid elements to work within one design language.

Specify before manufacture

The team confirms capacity, dimensions, door mix, access, connectivity, interfaces, responsibilities and support before manufacture begins. This reduces ambiguity between the furniture, technology and site teams and creates a clearer route through commissioning and handover.
