OM London

Challenge

OM London is a compact, high-energy venue with no available space for a traditional staffed cloakroom. The venue needed a secure and space-efficient way for guests to store coats, bags and personal belongings without introducing additional staffing requirements or reducing valuable customer space.

Solution

Hublok supplied a purchased Basecamp smart rental locker system configured for fully self-service use and integrated with the NOQ payment platform. Guests can independently select, pay for and access a locker, removing the need for manual handling by venue staff. The locker bank was designed to maximise storage capacity within the limited space available.

Outcome

OM London now offers guests secure and convenient storage without operating a traditional cloakroom. As the venue purchased the system outright, rental income is retained by the business, creating an ongoing revenue stream while allowing staff to remain focused on running the venue and delivering the customer experience.
