We are very proud to present our latest installation photographs where we have supplied and installed intelligent parcel lockers for a global media company’s HQ in London. We worked closely with the client to create a custom art graphic that wrapped the frontage of the units. The lockers were placed on the client’s social / canteen floor to ensure staff would want to collect packages at their own time.
The lockers were installed to assist the in house mailroom team in distribution of packages. With the addition of fully touchless collection, via scanning of barcodes, it provides a far more hygienic solution in a post COVID workplace.

Parcel and mailroom context
A parcel-locker workflow gives an authorised operator a secure place to deposit an item and gives the recipient a separate collection journey using an approved PIN, QR code, card or other credential. Notifications, access rules and transaction records are configured around the organisation’s existing process.
Hublok can coordinate the locker bank, electronic locking, management software and agreed mailroom or building-system integrations as one project, followed by installation, commissioning and ongoing support.
