USA Nationwide Parcel Lockers for a Global Technology Organisation

Challenge

A global technology organisation required a large-scale parcel management solution across multiple offices and states in the USA. The system needed to accommodate everything from standard packages to unusually shaped and oversized items, while integrating with the organisation’s existing mailroom workflow.

Solution

Hublok manufactured a bespoke range of intelligent parcel lockers in the UK and shipped them to 42 locations across the United States. The installation included varied compartment sizes, deep lockers and specialist box drawers. Each location was integrated with the Metafour mailroom management system, creating a consistent and connected parcel process across the estate.

Outcome

The organisation gained a scalable and fully traceable parcel distribution network across its US locations. Mailroom teams can securely deposit items and notify recipients automatically, while the varied locker configurations accommodate a broad range of deliveries. Centralised software integration also provides a consistent user experience across multiple sites and states.
