Smart Parcel Lockers for a Global Financial Services Organisation

Challenge

A global financial services organisation required a more efficient parcel distribution process for its offices in Pennsylvania and Florida. The solution needed to reduce pressure on on-site mailroom teams while giving employees secure and convenient access to deliveries outside traditional staffed collection times.

Solution

Hublok manufactured, shipped and installed two smart locker systems across the US locations, integrated with the Metafour mailroom management system. Mailroom staff can deposit parcels into assigned compartments and automatically notify recipients, who then collect their items independently using secure access credentials.

Outcome

The organisation now has a consistent, traceable parcel collection process across both sites. The lockers reduce manual handovers and mailroom administration while providing employees with flexible, self-service access to their deliveries at a time that suits them.
