A global financial institution required a more secure and accountable way to distribute important documents at its London headquarters. The mailroom team needed to ensure items were collected within defined timescales, monitor performance against key service KPIs and reduce the staff time spent managing manual handovers.
Solution
Hublok designed and installed a 100-door smart locker system featuring small compartments specifically configured for document distribution. Integrated with the Metafour mailroom management platform, the system allows mailroom staff to deposit documents securely, notify recipients automatically and track each item through to collection.
