Smart Lockers for a London Media Company

Challenge

A London-based media company required a flexible smart locker solution that could support both personal staff storage and the secure internal exchange of packages between colleagues. The installation also needed to create a visually distinctive feature within the workplace.

Solution

Hublok designed and installed a striking lime-green smart locker system with access available through either a shared touchscreen or mobile application. Alongside personal storage, the software’s Handover function allows employees to securely leave packages, documents or equipment for collection by a specific colleague.

Outcome

The organisation now has a versatile workplace storage system that combines everyday staff lockers with secure internal handovers. Employees can store belongings or exchange items without arranging face-to-face collection, while the bold finish creates a memorable feature within the office environment.
