Challenge
Otherwander’s Soho pod hotel offers compact, design-led accommodation where space within guest rooms is intentionally limited. The hotel needed a secure and convenient way for guests to store luggage during their stay, without relying on a traditional staffed luggage room or occupying valuable operational space.
Solution
Hublok installed a self-service rental locker system designed around the needs of the hotel and its guests. A custom-developed web application allows users to select, book and pay for a locker directly from their mobile phones, providing straightforward access to secure luggage storage whenever required.
Outcome
Otherwander can now offer guests flexible, paid luggage storage as part of the hotel experience. The lockers make better use of available space, reduce the need for staff-managed storage and create an additional revenue opportunity while supporting the hotel’s modern, technology-led approach to hospitality.
