Integrated Smart Workplace Lockers

Challenge

A leading UK organisation required secure, flexible storage for employees across two office floors. The solution needed to support agile working, integrate with the existing staff access system and fit neatly within bespoke architectural alcoves.

Solution

Hublok designed, manufactured and installed 100 smart lockers configured for flexible, day-use storage rather than permanently assigned compartments. Access was integrated with employees’ existing Brivo credentials, while each locker bank was carefully scribed into the surrounding alcoves and completed with custom graphics to complement the workplace interior.

Outcome

The organisation now has a seamless and secure storage solution that supports modern hybrid working. Facilities teams can monitor live occupancy, review historical usage and use real data to understand demand and manage the locker estate more effectively.
