Fabric needed a faster and more convenient alternative to the traditional staffed cloakroom experience. At peak times, long queues could create frustration for guests and place additional pressure on venue staff, while secure storage remained essential throughout the night.
Solution
Hublok installed a smart rental locker system that allows guests to select, book and pay for a locker using their bank card. The solution integrates with NOQ cashless payment technology, providing a simple self-service experience while also giving the venue greater visibility over transactions and locker usage.

Fabric can now offer secure, on-demand storage without relying solely on a traditional cloakroom. Guests benefit from shorter queues and greater convenience, while the venue gains a scalable, cashless service that improves operational efficiency and enhances the overall customer experience.
