Bridgepoint Advisors London Agile Lockers

Challenge

Bridgepoint Advisors required an agile storage solution for its Marble Arch office, allowing employees to reserve staff lockers remotely before arriving at the workplace. The system also needed to complement the architect-designed interior, including bespoke wood-veneer finishes and built-in scribing panels.

Solution

Hublok designed, manufactured and installed more than 800 smart lockers across multiple floors. Each locker bank was carefully scribed into the surrounding architecture and finished with wood veneer to create a seamless, integrated appearance. Blocks management software and its mobile application allow employees to pre-book and access lockers directly from their phones.

Outcome

Bridgepoint now has a flexible, technology-led storage system that supports agile working throughout the building. Employees can secure a locker before arriving, while the carefully integrated joinery ensures the installation feels like a considered part of the office interior rather than standalone storage.
