Hublok designs and manufactures locker systems in the UK rather than forcing a project into a fixed catalogue configuration.
Layout and capacity
Door sizes, quantities, accessible compartments, screens, readers, end panels and surrounding joinery are coordinated with the available space and expected demand.
Materials and finishes
MFC, laminate, compact laminate, metal and other suitable materials can be combined with colours, wood effects, graphics and branding.
Technology integration
Electronic locks, controllers, cabling, screens, readers, scanners, payment terminals, charging and ventilation are incorporated into the physical design.
Clear technical responsibilities
Each project documents the agreed hardware, data flow, interfaces, network requirements, testing approach and support ownership. Compatibility with a third-party platform is confirmed during discovery and technical review before it becomes part of the project scope.

Prepared for handover
Hardware and software are configured and tested before installation wherever practical. On site, Hublok completes the agreed commissioning checks, administrator setup and training, then records the support route for the live system.
